Participants will complete a fingerstick kit and an online survey to help us understand their Multiple Sclerosis disease activity. Participants will also have the option to give EMPOWER permission to review their medical records. Participants who complete all study activities will receive a $50 Visa reward card for their time or have the study donate the $50 to a Multiple Sclerosis charity.

Researchers use self-reported information and medical records to better understand the fingerstick samples and Multiple Sclerosis by making connections between each participant’s blood chemistry and medical history.
